BackBeat Studio DRUM SCHOOL is for contemporary drummers who want to pursue excellence exploring all types of playing while defining their own personal sound and performance style. Beginner, intermediate and advanced drummers receive complete one-on-one kit instruction! Brian's teaching style and curriculum is designed and developed to teach all aspiring drummers from beginner to intermediate and advanced levels no matter what the players' level is to begin with. His student's ages can range from 6 years old to 65 years old. As these are comprehensive one on one private lesson sessions they will be tailored to challenge and suit the students' level of ability.
Each BackBeat Studio drum lesson is recorded live onto an audio CD for the student to keep and have for their home practice and lesson review.
LEARN to PERFORM
"The Art of Music" thru "The Art of Drumming"
All Drum students from beginner to advanced levels will learn to perform various compositions and Drumming styles using the "music minus drums" play along audio CD's.
Finally the student's musical development and progress in the "Art of Drumming" can be captured in a recorded "Musical Performance" at BackBeat Studio laying down drum tracks with a song on one of the "music minus drums" play along CD's. The studio performance is then mixed down, mastered onto a CD and produced for the student to have and to keep as a document of their musical progress along with a Certificate of Achievement Award. DVD production is also available.
